Infab runs in the browser on every machine in the shop, including the tablets on the floor in kiosk mode. Import tools bring parts, accounts, vendors, and order history across from other quoting and ERP platforms, so the switch starts with your own history rather than an empty database. We scope the import with you before you start.
Built in, not bolted on
Infab Assistant and DFM Check are part of the base subscription, not separate modules. The Assistant reads drawings, models, customer purchase orders, and material certificates into quote-ready facts and traceable inventory lots. DFM Check is a deterministic rules engine that flags deep holes, sharp internal corners, sub-tool radii, and parts that will not fit your machines. Every change the Assistant drafts waits for a person to approve it.

Infab is cloud software. It runs on AWS GovCloud, all stored ITAR data is encrypted there, and every Infab employee is a US person. There is no on-premise install.

Infab covers the operational loop: quoting and estimating, order and job management, machines and scheduling, material inventory with traceable lots, purchase orders and receiving, documents and quality records, shipping, and the accounting handoff through QuickBooks or Xero.
