How many orders can I process with Infab?
There is no limit to the number of orders you can process with Infab. The pricing is based on the number of users and the features you need.
I service the aerospace and defense industry. Will Infab impact my ITAR and CMMC compliance?
Infab is DDTC and ITAR compliant. We are also working towards CMMC/FedRAMP compliance. We can provide you with the necessary documentation to ensure that Infab meets your compliance requirements.
Is Infab cloud based or do I need to maintain a server in my business?
Infab is cloud based. We take care of the hosting, maintenance, and updates so you can focus on your business. All of your data is stored in a secure encrypted cloud environment with AWS GovCloud to meet and exceed NIST 800-171 standards.
How are invoices and payments processed for Infab?
Infab uses Stripe for invoicing and payment processing. Stripe is an industry standard for secure payments and we never see your payment information. You can pay via credit card or ACH transfer.
