Last updated: May 27, 2025

Infab Softworks, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Infab Service, available at https://infab.app, and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service.

  • Tenant refers to the organization that an Account belongs to within the Service.

  • Service refers to the Infab website and related applications.

  • Personal Data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.

  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically (e.g., IP address, device identifiers, activity logs).

  • Files / Object Data refers to drawings, CNC programs, CAD models, and other content uploaded or transferred through the Service.

  • Subprocessors refers to third parties engaged to support delivery of the Service under written agreements.

2. Information We Collect

a) Personal Data: When you create an Account or subscribe, we may collect your name, company, contact details (email, phone, address), and billing/payment information of the Tenant.

b) Usage Data: Collected automatically, including log files, IP address, device type and browser version, and activity within the Service (e.g., login times, file access events).

c) Files / Object Data: Encrypted storage of files such as CAD models, technical drawings, and CNC programs. Files are never used for analysis, training, or sharing beyond providing the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

  • Authenticate and secure your Account (including fraud and abuse prevention).

  • Store, transmit, and protect your files in AWS GovCloud.

  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.

  • Send operational communications and updates, and, where required, promotional messages with consent (you may opt out at any time).

  • Comply with legal obligations, including ITAR/EAR export-control requirements as applicable.

4. Storage and Security

All files are stored encrypted at rest in AWS GovCloud. All access requires valid credentials generated by the Service. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures (e.g., encryption, access logging, and administrative MFA). While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Sharing and Subprocessors

We may use trusted subprocessors for infrastructure, authentication, and billing. All subprocessors are bound by written agreements requiring equal or stronger data protection than Infab provides. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

6. Export-Controlled and Sensitive Data

If you upload ITAR/EAR-controlled or otherwise restricted data, you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable export laws and regulations. Infab provides secure storage in AWS GovCloud but does not assume liability for your export compliance obligations.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Personal Data and Files only as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. If you terminate your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

You may request permanent deletion of stored files at any time by emailing [email protected].

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your Personal Data, request data portability, or withdraw consent where applicable. Submit requests to [email protected].

9. International Use
