As a growing company, Infab has allowed us to streamline order processing and improve on-time delivery. Having the ability to assign machines and users to each part of an order gives us a comprehensive overview of workload across our business. We utilize the order scheduling dashboard to manage the inside and outside processing steps in our workflow.

Preventative Maintenance, which was once scheduled on an external calendar, is now organized within Infab, and notifications are sent to each assigned user for daily and weekly tasks, helping us reduce the chances for unplanned downtime.

Infab gives us one centralized location for critical documentation such as vendor purchase orders, quality reports, as well as material and finishing certs, allowing us to operate as a truly paperless company.

One of our favorite tools within Infab is the customer portal which has allowed us to share job status and order documentation with ease, improving the communication and transparency with our customers. Order communication which once required much back and forth between buyer and supplier, can now be securely accessed on the customer portal.

Infab has helped us increase our throughput by reducing bottlenecks, accurately balancing capacity, and making more informed decisions based on real-time data. Infab ERP has quickly become the main software tool we use to operate our business.
