Infab has transformed the way we manage our shop by giving us real-time visibility into job progress, machine capacity, and material status. The fact that Infab is hosted on GOV Cloud and is fully ITAR compliant is critical when handling our sensitive customer data and documentation.

One of the standout features for our team has been the integrated material inventory tracking system. Before Infab, maintaining full traceability of raw materials from receiving through final part delivery was a time-consuming and manual process. Now, every material lot is tracked through the system, making it easy to pull up certs, tie them to specific jobs, and meet AS9100 traceability requirements without a separate paper trail. This has also been a huge advantage for job planning. Our team can now see exactly what materials we have on hand at any given time, which helps us quickly find material during quoting and reduces downtime waiting for stock. This has directly contributed to faster lead times and improved our on-time delivery to our customers.

Infab's machine scheduling tools have also helped us stay on top of capacity planning as our shop grows. We can assign work to specific machines and see a clearly laid out list of what jobs are assigned to each machine.
